New Power Energy ("we", "us") helps homeowners in Orange County and the surrounding area evaluate solar and battery options. This policy explains what we collect on getnewpower.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a free assessment we ask for your name, phone number, and details about your home: address, city, ZIP, whether you own it, your average power bill, whether you already have solar, and your general credit range. We also record standard technical information such as the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you clicked.
How we use it
We use your information to run your assessment, contact you about it by phone, text message, and email (including via automated technology, with your consent given at submission), and, if you decide to move forward, to introduce you to a verified installation partner. Message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not place you in a lead marketplace. Your details are shared only with the installation partner handling your project, and only when you ask us to make that introduction, plus the service providers that run our website, CRM, and communications on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform. These set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA/CPRA the same way. Email hello@getnewpower.com or call (801) 540-0551 and we will handle it.
Retention and security
We keep assessment records only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security to store them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
